I’m going to share with you the smart strategies of forex trading. This is a great market to be involved in since there is a huge potential to profit from the comfort of your own home. Learning the necessary skills of analysis can really take you far, so I thought I’d share a little about what I try to do.
- Financial News: There is constant financial news being reported each day. It’s probably more apparent if you watch
the news on a business station like CNBC. The thing about this kind of news is that it isn’t “breaking” or anything like that. It is always a predetermined announcement. Typically, each day there is some sort of announcement, if it be about the supply of oil, the health of the economy, the GDP, central bank interest rates, etc. These all play a role in how the financial market will run for the day. That is why it is important to start watching this type of news.
- The Times of Trade: Since this is the forex market, you can trade just about any time you want. The problem is that some times of the day are better than others. Typically, you’re going to face high volume and low volume times. During the high volume times there are a lot of trades going on. There is a lot money moving around and you can be pretty sure no one is in the position to really manipulate anything. But if you compare that to low volume times, a big bank can really cause a currency to move a completely different direction, so trading at this time would put you at the mercy of the banks. Just stick to the high volume times.
