Can A 7 Minute Muscle Workout Really Work?
Posted on June 28, 2008 - Filed Under Health and Fitness
I heard of a new product called the 7 Minute Muscle and it claimed that you could put on big muscle with a short 7 minute workout. I decided to investigate this and see if there is any accuracy to the claim. I’ll start off by saying that I was critical of the idea and highly suspicious. I’ve been lifting weights for years and I’ve been doing my 60 minute workouts for the longest time with great results.
Upon getting the product I learned that it advocated some very sound principles on building muscle. In my eyes that gave it some credibility and a chance for me to put a little faith in how well it works.
I started out following it’s guide on how to workout and how to eat. I was doing 7 minute workouts at the gym and following it to a complete “T”. At the end of the month, I put on 4lbs of muscle, which is right on average to what I was putting on before with my 60 minutes workouts.
I am actually quite surprised and happy with the results. I now don’t have to spend a full hour in the gym and can do a short workout now. It works pretty good.
The whole philosophy behind the 7 minute muscle is that having an intense workout forces your muscles into a high stressed state. Your muscles than have to grow to deal with the stress. It is completely ideal with all that building muscle has to offer. I highly recommend this product.
The 7 Minute Muscle worked for me and it can work for you. No longer do you need to spend all your time in the gym. Put on the big muscles with less time than ever before.
